Why should you consider Joe Crawford? //

Since I was a kid, it has been my goal to do something in the creative arts. In my youth I had the desire to do so, but not the discipline.

I puttered around for awhile before acquiring this quality.

I finally learned to maintain discipline while in school to become a Respiratory Therapist. I finally had motivation, and graduated first in my class.

I worked for five years as an RT. It is part of who I am. But there is another side, my artistic side. I've always drawn and painted without any clear goals, it was for fun, or for a greeting card I would send to friends. Then, I rediscovered the computer and rediscovered learning.

I'm always learning new things. I started by spending hours upon hours mastering Photoshop on the Mac Quadra's at the UCLA Extension lab. Now I have my very own PowerMac. I've been working with Macs seriously for over two years now, learning the basic and advanced tools.

I've learned HTML, I know the big graphics programs. I know Flash. I can hammer out some simple JavaScript and Perl. I can hack a table with the best. I can optimize an animated GIF. I'm dedicated and serious, and I even know how to laugh. DHTML and HTML 4.0 are next up on the neverending list of new things on the web. I can learn.

Let me.

PizzaThank you for your Attention, -Joe Crawford
