The Viridian Design Movement was the brainchild of Bruce Sterling at the turn of the last millennium. These are contest entries I made.

I had been a fan of Sterling since reading his book Islands in the Net in 1987. I heard of Sterling directly from William Gibson. It was in La Jolla, California at DG Willis books in their original location where Mr. Gibson was reading and promoting his book Mona Lisa Overdrive.
